When do you ship?
We’ll endeavor to ship your order within 2 to 5 working days of receiving it. We ensure that the most suitable energy is part of the blending and magic making – which means that we may need to wait for a new or full moon. But we’ll keep you posted and send you support in the mean time.
How long will it take to arrive?
COVID-19 has turned things topsy turvy so it’s hard to say at the moment. However if you opt for Express Post within Australia, you should receive your parcel within around 2 – 3 business days of it being shipped.
Where in the world do you ship to?
At the moment we ship to all areas of Australia and New Zealand. If you live elsewhere in the world and you’d like to start your Soul Awaking journey please email us at email@example.com to enquire so we can look into postage rules and regulations to your country of residence.
Do you offer refunds?
Unused and unopened orders may be returned within 15 days of receipt for a refund. Once we receive the returned item(s) the charges will be credited to your original method of payment excluding shipping costs, which are non-refundable. Used, opened, and/or final sale items cannot be returned. This does not apply for custom orders. Custom orders are non-refundable once your order is confirmed.

What happens if my product arrives damaged?
We take care when preparing our parcels to avoid this, but if you receive a product that’s damaged, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist.
